I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was clean and cosy, with a comfortable bed. The location was the best thing about it - right in the heart of the old city, close to everything but not noisy. The hotel staff was amazing, providing lots of helpful tips and even arranging transportation to the airport or bus depot if needed.

It's just a short walk down the steps to the main square, where you can find great restaurants and not-to-be-missed sites. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were well-maintained. We also appreciated the easy access to transportation options, such as the cable car and bus routes.
