The hotel had great facilities, including a clean pool, a bar, and a terrace. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the manager at the reception. The location was convenient, with only a 25-minute walk to the Old Town and easy access to transportation.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff at Reception were professional and kind, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring this beautiful city, with a short walk to the old town and easy access to the stunning beaches of North Dubrovnik. We also enjoyed being close to the restaurant "the taj mahal," which served delicious Bosnian food. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds, a large desk area to work from, and lovely added touches such as chocolates on the bedside table and housecoats and slippers on the bed. The buffet for supper and breakfast was of high quality, offering a wide range of options.

The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, as the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was found to be hearty and delicious.
