I had a fantastic stay at the apartment! The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything tidy and well-maintained. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spacious living room and comfortable bedroom. The location was perfect, situated between the old town and Lapad, making it convenient to explore both areas. Having personal parking was a huge plus for me. The staff, especially Mateo, were incredibly helpful and available whenever I needed assistance. I felt safe and at ease throughout my stay.
I had an amazing stay at this apartment! The host, Mateo, was one of the best hosts I've ever encountered. He thought of everything to make me feel welcome, from providing cold water and a bottle of wine upon my arrival, to offering home made liquor as a welcome gift. The apartment itself was very clean and modern, with beautifully decorated furniture and all the necessary amenities. I was also impressed by the fast wifi, the helpful city maps and information brochures, and the good quality shower products. Additionally, the location of the apartment was perfect. I was able to park my car right in front of the apartment and easily visit the old town and the beach on foot or by public transport.

They were extremely helpful, arranging airport transfers and providing recommendations for restaurants and activities. The location was perfect, with both the old town and the beach within walking distance. the staff, cleanliness, and location were the best aspects of my stay.
